SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We aim to deliver all domestic orders within 5-7 working days.

For us to arrange to deliver any product/s that you have purchased, you shall be solely responsible for providing the correct and accurate shipping address, pin-code and contact number.

We are not responsible for any delays in the shipping of your ordered and purchased product/s, lost or missing product/s or the incorrect delivery of the product/s to you, which is due to your fault or due to inaccurate, false or incomplete information provided by you. Our logistics partners DTDC (“Logistics Partner”) will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us.

Risk of loss and title for the product/s shall pass to you upon delivery of your purchased product/s by our Logistics Partner. We will instruct Our Logistics Partner to deliver the order to the shipping address submitted by you at checkout.

Saturdays and Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries or resolution of shipping related queries.

At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package.
